  • How do I know if a room is available?

    At the time when you click the Book Now button, it takes you to next page where you add personal information. It tells you to insert the dates when you want to book. Calendar shows only the days available to book.

  • How do I book an online?

    Click Book Your stay. View the rooms and the details and pick the room which suits you. Click on MORE INFORMATION and you insert the dates and personal information. Once booked, the payment will be taken and confirmation will be sent to your email.

  • How do I check in for the stay?

    Check in details will be sent to you near the date of your check in. Our check in time is 2pm. 

  • Are there any additional charges that are not listed?

    There will be a one-off additional cleaning charge (depending on location) on top of the bookings fee.

  • How do I check out?

    Check out instructions will be sent to you near the date of your check out. Our check out time is 12pm.

  • Will there be a person to check in/check out us?

    All Check in/Check out is done remotely. There will not be any human interaction. 

  • If we have a question can we talk to a physical person?

    We have a dedicated team who will be able to answer all your queries via a call or email during the core working hours of 9am – 5pm.

  • Is there any support team available after the core business hours?

    There will be an after-hour call centre where the guest can report any issues and they will be able to call our emergency team to respond to any needs.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Please refer to our T&C regarding cancellation and refund policies.

  • Do you take a security deposit at the time of the booking and when will that be refunded?

    Yes. We will take a deposit and this will be refunded as soon as our team has verified that state of the rooms. 

  • Why do you take a security deposit?

    We take this deposit to protect us if the customer has damaged any property during their stay.

  • Will I require an ID?

    Yes. You will require an ID which should be scanned at the time when the room is booked. We will also ask for proof of address usually a bank statement or legal documents for our records.
